Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is a teen leadership experience for High School Students to come together for a weekend with community leaders and speakers, and learn more about the Rotary Way. There is a focus on:

  • Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Strategies for becoming dynamic leaders in their schools and communities
  • Learn from Community Leaders, inspirational speakers, and Peer Mentors
  • Have fun and form lasting friendships

This year's RYLA weekend will be March 18-21, 2021 in Lake Placid, Florida. Depending on the guidance from RI, the CDC, and the WHO, we will have a Zoom option as either a backup for any candidate, or the entire conference.

Seminar for Tomorrow's Leaders (S4TL)

S4TL is a joint Leadership project of Rotary Districts 6890, 6950 & 6960. The 2020 Session will be held at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. Students get a taste of college dormitory life while developing leadership skills.
